Here is Rihanna out and about in New York city yesterday. She looked as usual very fabulous, in this chic outfit. I love her skinny turquoise jeans, but the stand out item on her is her Burberry Leather Shoulder bag. This bag is slowly becoming the "It" bag of the summer. It is not what you would normally consider a Burberry design, because it is a little edgy. I love this bag and it looks great on Rihanna. The bag is available at Neiman Marcus.

Here are some candid shots of Rihanna on the set of her latest music video. I am not 100% on what song this video will be for, but I love the outfit she is wearing. The red leather "Beat It" jacket is hot, and has an 80's vibe to it. The rocker/biker studded bracelets go perfectly with Rihanna's bad girl style. I can't wait to see what other looks she will rock in this video.

Yesterday Rihanna was out and about doing some shopping on the famed, Rodeo Drive. She definitely looked stylish while shopping. I love the metallic bag she was carrying, and she had another cute accessory, her dog. It nice to see how versatile her style is. She can go from couture to casual, and always look fashionable.

The annual Nickelodeon Kid Choice Awards were held over the weekend, and many celebrities attended the awards show. Below are some of the fashion choices these celebs made.

What is up with young Hollywood wearing party dress with sneakers. I am not feelin' it, and this look has been done one too many times before. Lil Mama please be more original with your style.

Nia Long and her son looked so adorable. I love her dress. It is flirty yet sophisticated.  I really hope her new show, Big Shots, comes back to ABC.

Rihanna's Concert Style

Rihanna recently performed in Moscow. This girl loves to have black leather in her concert outfits. The look is definitely sexy, but I am not a fan of the black lipstick.

The scene stealer of the week is Rihanna. She is currently in Paris, attending Fashion Week. She has been hitting up a lot of the shows there, including Chanel's Fall 2008/2009 runway show. She takes risk, and they work for her. Some people may not like this outfit, but the love that she is playing with bright colors. She is mixing it up a bit, and she continues to keep you guessing. FYI, bright yellow bags are the "IT" item to have this spring/summer.

Dressed Down Style

Here Rihanna was spotted shopping in Dublin. She had just left Brown Thomas department store. Even dressed down Rihanna still looks fly. I love her leopard print bag, and her black riding boots. The dark green hoodie is a nice color on her, especially with her black hair color. This is the perfect example of how to dress comfortably, yet still be stylish.

Brit Awards Fashions

Here we have Rihanna and Kelly Rowland arriving at the Brit Awards. Rihanna as usual looks stunning and fashionable. Kelly on the other hand looks like she is trying to hard. That dress does not work for her, mainly because she is not known as a fashion risk taker. She normally wears more classic pieces, and that works for her. Honestly her dress would've looked better on someone like Kelis or Rihanna. 

One Hit, One Miss

Kelis and Rihanna attended the Nicole Khristine 2008 spring jewelry launch. Rihanna looked fashion forward as usual in a lace short jumpsuit. The outfit made her legs look very long, and the hot pink nail polish and lip gloss gave her entire outfit a great pop of color. I am really feelin' Kelis' stockings, shoes, and metallic bolero jacket, but her dress is a miss for me. I don't like the patchwork print and lace combination. 

Grammy Scene Stealer

Rihanna was the scene stealer of the Grammys last night. She wore all dresses by Zac Posen, and looked so fabulous, and fashion forward. Rihanna was untouchable last night in the fashion department, and congrats to her on her first grammy win.

Earlier this week Rihanna celebrated the launch of her new umbrella line for Totes. Just another way for this hit maker to capitalize on the biggest song of last year. Rihanna looks great as usual in this all black number. I love the fact that she spiced it up by wearing orange pointy toe heels. The whole outfit looks great, and the umbrella isn't bad either.
