Vivica Fox's Michael Awards Style

Vivica Fox hit the red carpet at the Michael Awards in New York last night. She looked stunning in this turquoise dress. I love the deep purple belt she wore. It is different and a bit of a fashion risk, but that is why I like it. Nia Long and Miss USA, Crystle Stewart both looked absolutely amazing as well. The red dress on Nia was seductive, and glamorous. Crystle's ombre dress was trendy, and complimented her skin tone well.

Vivica Needs A Better Stylist

Over the weekend Vivica Fox attended a social brunch in L.A. Vivica is soon going to be seen hosting a reality t.v. show, looking for the best fashion stylist. I think Vivica was in need of a stylist, from the looks of this outfit. The colors on the dress do nothing for her, and it looks too doughty. The dress may have looked a little cuter had it been shorter, and stopped right at or a bit below the knees.

Horizontal Lines Make Vivica Fox Wider

Last night Vivica Fox attended a party for the launch of Pauly Shore's new video. I have no idea what the video is about, but I do know that I am not feelin' this outfit Ms. Fox is wearing. I have never been a fan of wearing horizontal lines in any outfit, mainly because they rarely look good on anyone, and they make you look wide. This dress makes Vivica look wide. She is in great shape, but this dress does not flatter her at all.

Vivica Looks Flawless

Normally I am not a fan of the ensembles Vivica wears, but I have to give it to her this time. She looks amazing in this dress. Vivica is pictured here attending the Ungaro fashion show in Paris. Maybe she needs to go to Paris more often, it appears the city has made her more stylish.

Baby Phat's Fall 2008/2009 Fashion Show

It is one of my favorite times of the year, New York Fashion Week. Last night Kimora debuted Baby Phat's Fall 2008/2009 collection. The show took place at the Roseland Ballroom. Of course there were a plethora of celebs, some who were hot and some not. The overall collection looked like a mix between old hollywood glamour, and moulin rouge. I loved the bright bold colors, and how they were paired with hues of gray.

Black Fashion @ New Pink Blackberry Party

Vivica Fox and Tichina Arnold posing at the party. Tichina Arnold's outfit is cute, but Vivica Fox looks very odd. She is wearing way too many accessories, and I am not feelin' hat. It reminds me of Mary Poppins.
Regina King is looking very biker chic in this all black number. 

Nick Cannon finally showed up to an event looking clean shaven, and not wearing a hoodie. The outfit he is wearing looks ok, my only concern is the jacket. It looks short on him, like he is wearing a crop jacket.

BET Red Carpet Chic

Here are some of the red carpet winners from the BET Honors award show, which was held at the D.C. Warner Theater. Vivica Fox chose a great jeweled tone royal blue dress. It looks great on her skin complexion.
Another jeweled toned maven, Kerry Washington looked divine in this strapless gown. By the way f.y.i. one shouldered dresses and tops are very trendy right now and will be appearing on a lot of clothing items this season.
This is one of the most glamorous looks I have seen on Keyshia Cole. The long split in her dress is sexy yet classy, and the color looks good on her.
Alicia Keys is a red siren in this gown. I love the collar on this dress, and red really makes her stand out. The silver clutch and bracelet she is wearing add subtle touches of elegance to her look. Her choice of hair style is very interesting, and makes her look older than she really is. Overall she looks gorgeous.
