I don't know if Disney queen Raven Symone really doesn't care about fashion, or if she thinks she is fashionable. Either way she does not have the best track record when it comes to her style. Here Raven was spotted this weekend rolling around on her segway, in this tattered and multi-color outfit. The grunge look is out in case she missed that memo. Someone please get her a stylist ASAP.
