Celebs Indiana Jones Style

Yesterday celebs came out with BET's 106 &Park, to premiere the new Indiana Jones movie in Harlem. Besides the movie's cast attending the event, others attended in style. Ashanti's dress was cute, but not really feeling the heavy blue eye-liner she wore. It was a little drag looking. Singer, Estelle was also on the red carpet in a simple yet safari chic khaki dress. Nice dress, too many accessories. Michelle Williams has been steppin' out a lot more lately, and looking fierce. I love her blue leather bomber jacket. It may seem like it came out of a Michael Jackson video in the 80's, but its hot.

Ashanti Is Sexy In Maxim

Ashanti is revving up her album promotion, and has done a spread in Maxim magazine. She looks tastefully sexy, and I like the outfits she wore in the shoot. The deep plunging neckline burgundy mini dress is hot. But remember just because she is wearing this, does not make it ok to wear to the club this weekend. The gold and sequence swimsuit is very stylish. Her hair and make-up looks fabulous.

Ashanti's Black & White Style

Ashanti stopped by MTV yesterday, and looked fabulous in this outfit. Recently it seems that Ashanti has been steppin' up her style game. Maybe she hired a new stylist. This black and white ensemble is chic, and sexy. Her peep toe shoes are also very cute and trendy.

Ashanti's New Cover Style

This picture has been floating around today, and apparently the word is this is Ashanti's new album cover. I am not really feelin' it. Overall Ashanti does not look bad, but this cover looks like a rejected option that Beyonce or Mariah Carey did not want to use. The dress she is wearing looks stripper chic, and not original at all. I hope her cover style is not a preview of what her album will sound like.

TRL Style

Today Ashanti and Mariah Carey stopped by TRL. I like the black mock turtleneck Ashanti is wearing, but I dislike the pants. They make her look shorter, and may have worked better if they were shorts. Mariah is back to shopping at Rave again. She can't let go of clothing that is sheer, tight fitted, and includes a push up bra. I love you Mimi and you do look great, but you need a reinvention with your wardrobe.

Ashanti Is Red Hot

Ashanti strutted down the red runway at fashion week's "The Heart Truth Red Dress Collection 2008", in a Tracy Reese dress. Ashanti looks great, and I really like the way her hair is styled. If only she could be this fashionable every time she hits the red carpet.  Work it girl.

Not Trendy

Over the weekend Ashanti hosted a party at Pure nightclub. Her outfit is cute, but a bit outdated. We have all seen this look before. She is wearing trends that have seen better days. The wide belt it out, and red with black and white is out. Overall cute, but not on trend. 

Fab or Drab?

Ashanti was also in attendance at the Michael Jordan Celeb Golf Tournament. Maybe it's the wide stance she is posing in, but I am not sure about her outfit. I do love her shoes, and accessories. What do you think? Is Ashanti Fab or Drab?
